November’s supermoon ( the 3rd supermoon this year) will be the largest and closest moon to Earth since 1948. While the moon won’t technically be bigger around, it will appear 15% larger then when it is at its furthest point from Earth.
The full moon phase will begin 11/12 and end 11/16. According to Solunar Table for November 14’s full moon, the best fishing times are 11:58 a.m. to 1:58 p.m. and a minor time 5:29 p.m. to 6:29 p.m.
Shad increase activity levels around full moons and that helps nocturnal feeding. Shallow fishing that is good can get better when the moon is shining bright.
